Description:

The Vice President primary role will be to serve as key leader and champion of the Metz Culinary brand, growing revenue, ensuring compliance of corporate policy and procedures in their respective Division while mentoring effective leadership throughout the assigned region.

The VP will be dedicated to the success of each account, system and division within their respective region. The VP will create and maintain a standard that reinforces the Metz Culinary Management Culture, Values and Strategic Focus. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

? Direct Operational Excellence and the Client and Guest Commitment:

Role models exceptional Guest service for Senior Leadership, Management and Team Members.

? Builds Team Talent:

Ensures Managers and Team Members hired bring the ATTRIBUTES that contribute to success and our Company Vision. Builds teamwork through effective training, deployment and communication. Understands performance criteria, holds self, and Team accountable through effective coaching.

? Manages Financials and Food Service Compliance:

Utilizes learning to identify trends in performance and probes the situation to analyze the root cause of an issue. Understands the critical nature of making logical and timely decisions under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

? Plans and Communicates:

Understands the importance of creating and executing an actionable plan to achieve goals. Clearly conveys important information and ideas and influences others to align with strategies and tactics

? Utilize technology to develop captivating presentations using graphs, charts and pivot tables to prove the value of our brand

? Convey the Metz Culinary strategic focus, values and attributes through impeccable communication skills

? Be prepared to provide statistics and complex business models

Requirements:

? 10 Years of Solid Food Service Executive Leadership Experience

? Experience in a Vice President or Senior District Manager Food Service role

? Experience in respective Division

? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or similar

? Solid Technology and Computer Applications to include Microsoft Suite

? Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
