About This Position

Position Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for driving growth across EMG’s portfolio by leading brand strategy, supporting sales execution, and strengthening vendor and retail partnerships. This role ensures excellence in the execution of new product launches, promotions, and pricing programs while delivering data-driven insights to unlock incremental opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong commercial insight, analytical rigor, and operational discipline to drive market share, revenue, and profitability.


*This position will be fully office based for those living in the greater Cleveland, OH or Green Bay, WI regions – or remote for those living outside these regions.


Key Responsibilities

Own channel performance across Amazon and Walmart (1P & 3P), including annual forecasting, product pipeline management, and delivery of monthly revenue and profit targets. Develop and execute promotional calendars, rigorously measuring ROI to optimize performance. Partner across paid and organic marketing teams to manage the full digital funnel and drive channel growth. Support annual brand planning through data-driven insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations. Build and execute omnichannel strategies, defining clear roadmaps, positioning, and winning assortments in collaboration with marketing and product teams. Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Oversee content development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and external partners to align on account strategy, merchandising, and go-to-market execution. Lead end-to-end new product launches, including timelines, go-to-market planning, and execution with internal teams and agency partners. Drive innovation by identifying and developing new product opportunities from concept through commercialization. Monitor competitive activity and deliver actionable market intelligence to inform strategy. Plan, forecast, and deliver against monthly and annual sales and profit targets, consistently meeting or exceeding brand and account goals.

Key Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. 5-10+ years of brand management experience in eCommerce with a focus on Amazon/Walmart channel management, vendor or seller central. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and social media. Experience in developing and implementing promotional calendars and measuring ROI.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skillslSelf-starter capable of working individually and as a team member.Proficiency in Excel and related MS Office programsWillingness to travel to visit retailers or to company HQ, as needed (<5% travel)Position could be based in-office at EMG’s Green Bay, WI or Cleveland, OH locations – or potentially remote for those outside these areas.
