Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking a Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Warehouse Manager to manage construction materials inventory and support efficient project operations. This role is responsible for receiving, issuing, tracking, and reporting material usage to ensure accurate inventory control and cost accountability.

• Manage and maintain construction materials and tools inventory at project sites and storage areas

• Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper documentation

• Issue materials and tools to site crews and subcontractors according to project needs

• Track material usage and consumption to prevent shortages or overstocking

• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and reports

• Coordinate with site management to forecast material requirements

• Prepare and submit material usage and inventory reports to the Finance department

• Support cost control by identifying material discrepancies or losses

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

• Experience in construction materials management, inventory control, or warehouse operations

• Basic understanding of construction materials and site operations

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Ability to use inventory tracking systems or spreadsheets

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work on or near active construction sites

• Ability to lift, move, and organize construction materials as required

• Ability to work outdoors and in warehouse or site environments
