  • Leveraging your professional network to generate engagement and pipeline activity, increasing awareness and understanding of our crew management and operational readiness capabilities.
  • Engaging clients to diagnose operational, workforce, and readiness challenges, translating these into practical, value-led solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to build and mature a healthy sales pipeline, generating new opportunities across the maritime, offshore, and defence-adjacent sectors and progressing them through the sales lifecycle.
  • Establishing and nurturing senior-level relationships with marine, offshore, and cruise industry decision-makers to expand pipeline, strengthen partnerships, increase customer retention, and enable long-term account growth.
  • Designing and executing tailored account strategies that address complex operational challenges and optimise adoption of the Government & Commercial solutions portfolio across maritime and defence-influenced environments.
  • Using your knowledge of maritime, and offshore market drivers and capability needs to identify new opportunities for our solution portfolio within your assigned sector.
  • Supporting revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling, including presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations; previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Working with the maritime sector solution architect to deliver compelling solution demonstrations, briefings, and technical workshops, tailored to complex maritime business challenges, governance models, and acquisition processes
  • Leading or contributing to competitive tender and bid activity, developing high-quality proposals, reusable bid content, and solution narratives to maximise win rates across both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure joined-up solution delivery and consistent, high-quality outcomes for strategic opportunities and key accounts.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Proven experience in generating new business in enterprise SaaS solution sales, ideally within maritime, shipping, cruise, or other maritime adjacent sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise account portfolios, securing senior-level buy-in, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
