Executive: Vice President of Marketing

Reports to: Creative Director

Position Summary:

The Marketing Copywriter is responsible for developing clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy that supports marketing campaigns and product initiatives. This role produces high-quality written content across email, digital advertising, landing pages, and supporting campaign assets to drive customer engagement and action.

This role combines high-volume content development with independent judgment to create effective, conversion-focused marketing copy. The Marketing Copywriter translates product features into benefit-driven messaging that aligns with customer needs and supports business objectives across the marketing funnel.

The role works closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional marketing partners, contributing ideas, incorporating feedback, and ensuring messaging is aligned across all customer touchpoints.

Position Responsibilities:

Campaign & Product Copy

  • Write lifecycle emails, digital ad copy, landing pages, and campaign content designed to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Translate product features and functionality into clear, benefit-oriented messaging.
  • Support campaigns that drive product adoption, usage, and customer engagement.
  • Align messaging to key funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Develop blog and article content that supports campaign messaging and product education.
  • Write short-form video scripts to support campaign initiatives.

Execution & Production

  • Produce high-quality copy across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all content outputs.
  • Apply and maintain the company’s brand voice across all marketing materials.
  • Edit and proofread content to meet brand, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Support development of sales enablement materials and marketing collateral.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative Director, design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas and refine content through feedback and iteration.
  • Align copy with campaign objectives and business priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency and timely delivery.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline.

· 5+ years of marketing or product marketing copywriting experience (B2B preferred).

· Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign and product-focused copy (email, landing pages, ads).

· Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused content.

· Ability to simplify complex product concepts into accessible messaging.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred.

· Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices preferred.

· Experience using AI tools to support content development preferred.

· Access to reliable, high-speed Internet (25Mbps down/5Mbps up, per person).

· Willingness to attend in-person team meetings if required.
