In this internship you will:
- Organize and manage loan documents and files
- Assist with payments (taxes, insurance) and payoff processing
- Support lien filings, releases, and related tracking
- Help with insurance follow-ups, claims, and research
- Process mail, member requests, and basic communications
- Assist with audits, reporting, and cleanup projects

- Ability to follow structured procedures
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Customer service or office experience is a plus.
- This position requires that the employee gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work. We will provide on-line training to support this. The employee will comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: 40
Duration: 8 weeks (June 1 - July 31, 2026) with ability to work through mid-August if available
