About the role

Impartner is looking for a Software Engineer to help the company through yet another multi-year cycle of double-digit yearly growth. The Software Engineer will be a key player in the core team of senior engineering staff and will participate in the planning and development of the company's most challenging projects.

The position will be extremely demanding but rewarding for the right individual. The ideal candidate will be a Software Engineer with a strong list of achievements and demonstrable progression in capabilities. The candidate should be a top-notch problem solver with a keen focus on delivering quality solutions. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a very strong work ethic.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular (preferred), React, or Vue, with strong CSS skills in Bootstrap 5 or Tailwind.
  • Design and implement secure integrations across enterprise systems, including hands-on work with SSO technologies.
  • Translate customer requirements and emerging technology trends into clear, actionable engineering plans.
  • Apply best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile methodologies, web analytics, and microservices architecture.
  • Develop and manage a configurable authentication service that federates identity providers and external authentication sources.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, service-oriented APIs used across teams and by external partners.
  • Own the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Create clear, structured documentation for research, features, and internal training.
  • Mentor and support peers and junior developers through guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across enterprise systems and web platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams.
  • Deliver high-quality features on time, with a strong focus on reliability and low defect rates.
  • Follow through on commitments and contribute to a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a Software Engineer role.
  • Hands-on experience publishing and managing products in cloud marketplaces.
  • Demonstrable proficiency and prior experience in the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, Web API, WCF Web Services, JavaScript ECMA 2025 or higher, SQL Server, NHibernate, IIS, HTML, CSS, SPA, MSTest, NUnit, and Git.
  • Demonstrable proficiency and prior experience with the following enterprise services: AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Dynamics, Sales Cloud, and Okta.
  • Demonstrable proficiency and prior experiences in the following security frameworks: SSL, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Digest, and Basic.
  • Demonstrable proficiency and prior experiences in the following protocols: SOAP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, TCP, and UDP.
  • Demonstrable proficiency and prior experience in Agile with JIRA, team collaboration, and public/internal correspondence.
