About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Lineman Foreman to join our team. As a Lineman Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of linemen to ensure the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power systems. You will be expected to provide technical guidance and support to your team, as well as manage project timelines and budgets. Your work will be critical to ensuring the reliable delivery of electricity to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized lineman apprenticeship program
• Valid journeyman lineman certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lineman, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with project management software
• Experience with underground electrical systems
• Experience with fiber optic installation and splicing
• Experience with substation maintenance and repair

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of linemen to install, maintain, and repair electrical power systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
