We are currently seeking a Lead Daycare Teacher to join our team at Our Savior’s Kids Early Learning Center, located across from Baraboo High School. Our center is a mission of Our Savior Lutheran Church of the Missouri Synod.
This position is scheduled for 35–40 hours per week (70–80 hours per two-week pay period) and is benefit-eligible.

What You’ll Do
As a Lead Daycare Teacher, you will:
- Provide safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care.
- Create and implement engaging educational activities.
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting healthy habits, safety awareness, and good nutrition.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Foster a classroom culture rooted in Christian values of love, respect, and compassion.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred, not required).
- Are Level 3 or above on the Wisconsin Registry.
- Have previous childcare center experience (preferred).
- Meet all state licensing requirements, including:
- Wisconsin DCF background check
- Pre-employment screening
- TB test
- Pre-employment drug test
- Obtain First Aid/CPR certification and complete DCF educational requirements within 3 months of hire.
