Floating Retail Banker- East Region Locations in Angola, Indiana at Farmers State Bank

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Banker to join our team and provide exceptional banking services across various office locations within our East Region. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and maintenance

- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to meet customer needs

- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer relationships

- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive banking experience

- Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, services, and current promotions

- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals at each location

- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional financial or banking certifications are a plus

- Previous experience in retail banking or customer service preferred
