The team at Altima Port Hope Dental Centre located in Port Hope, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. We value making our patients a priority by providing a comforting and caring dental experience.

SCHEDULE:

• 30 hours or more per week
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• No Weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level 1 Or 2 (preferably 2)
• Registered with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
• Previous experience required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered a big asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
