About This Position
Oxford Exchange Design - Office Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Ensure all areas, including sales floors, common areas, restrooms, and stockrooms, are clean and tidy. Replenish supplies in restrooms, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Handle the disposal of trash and recycling materials. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team. Follow all health and safety regulations. Proven experience in or a similar role. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a clean environment. Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend and lift or carry up to 25 pounds. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
