Inside Sales Representative (Remote)
Full-Time Remote Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time)
Compensation: $9 to $11 per hour + Performance bonuses
Languages Required: Fluent English (C2+)
Renier Hotopp Law is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to support our growing family law practice. This is a client-facing legal sales role focused on converting qualified inbound leads into retained family law clients. You will speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in family law services and are seeking guidance during sensitive and important life situations. This is not a cold-calling position. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills, emotional intelligence, confidence, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly with prospective family law clients.

This position is remote in Mexico
Compensation:$9 - $11 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective legal clients
- Build rapport and trust through empathetic, professional communication
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients through consultative selling
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to improve conversion rates
- Accurately document calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff. Maintain availability and responsiveness during Central Time working hours
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in consultative sales
- Strong closing skills in high-trust or high-empathy environments such as legal, healthcare, or financial services
- Fluency in English (C1+)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time business hours
