Construction Lead
Full Time | Poulsbo, WA | $33-$38 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description

Integrity Roofing & Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Lead to oversee and execute high-quality residential projects. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and is passionate about developing team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a crew of up to three team members on job sites
  • Oversee and perform work in carpentry, siding, and decking projects
  • Train and mentor laborers to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Ensure all work meets company standards for craftsmanship and detail
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
  • Enforce strict compliance with L&I and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry, siding, and decking
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a small team
  • Full set of personal tools and safety equipment required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Thorough understanding of L&I and OSHA safety standards
