Guest Service Agent in Greensborough, Victoria at Swan Street Collective

I'm currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at The Corner Cafe in Greensborough, VIC 3088 as a Guest Service Agent on a casual basis.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring all their needs are met during their visit. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and assisting with any special requests they may have. You will also be required to maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and work efficiently to keep up with the fast-paced environment of our cafe.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. Previous customer service experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
