This role sits at the heart of a modern cloud platform team, supporting and evolving large-scale infrastructure in a highly technical and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and security teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable cloud operations. The position involves building and maintaining automation for cloud environments, with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code and operational excellence. You will contribute directly to platform stability, security posture, and deployment efficiency across critical systems. Acting as a key enabler for engineering teams, you will help streamline processes and reduce operational friction. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving cloud and infrastructure platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across environments. You will work on automation, operations, and support activities in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting AWS-based cloud infrastructure, primarily using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Maintaining and administering Windows-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, PKI, and related services
- Developing scripts, tools, and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability
- Handling customer and internal requests, including change management and incident/problem resolution
- Supporting security operations, including policy implementation, compliance, logging, and alert tuning
- Participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 platform availability
- Documenting processes, procedures, and system configurations to support operational consistency
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure and systems administration, combined with automation and scripting skills. You should be comfortable working in complex technical environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with AWS or similar public cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation tasks
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and best practices
- Understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
