Logistics Coordinator in Dallas, Georgia at Destructable Inc

Loadable is looking for a motivated, hardworking Logistics Coordinator to help grow our brokerage division specializing in oversized, over-dimensional, renewable energy, and open-deck freight.

• Coordinate and manage daily freight movements
• Source and negotiate with carriers and drivers
• Build relationships with customers and owner operators
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Understand and manage flatbed, step deck, RGN, and oversized freight
• Work with DOT compliance and over-dimensional requirements
• Assist with pricing, capacity sourcing, and problem solving
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Handle high-volume communication with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Understand load boards and how to source reliable capacity
• Identify, vet, and onboard dependable carriers

• 2+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of flatbed, step deck, RGN, and over-dimensional freight
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and permitting is a plus
• Experience using load boards and carrier sourcing tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Someone who is hungry to grow with a company long-term

• Salary: $55,000 per year
