Electrician (Residential Experience) at Latitude Inc – Brooklyn Park, Maryland

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to safety, and experience working with wiring, panels, lighting, and home electrical systems. Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes

• Install wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently

• Conduct electrical inspections and ensure compliance with local and national codes

• Upgrade outdated electrical systems, including panel replacements and rewiring

• Install and connect appliances, HVAC systems, and smart home devices

• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members
