Field Production Service Technician at Datamax Inc – Little Rock, Arkansas

A successful Field Production Service Technician at Datamax is able to incorporate exceptional customer service, mechanical skill, and basic electronics knowledge to care for Datamax's growing customer base. Field Production Service Technicians spend their days visiting Datamax customer sites to service, repair, and maintain print production equipment. In addition to assisting with the equipment needs of our customers, it is the responsibility of Datamax Field Production Service Technicians to effectively communicate with customers about technical and non-technical information regarding their equipment. We arm our Field Production Service Technicians with the necessary training (certifications), tools, and parts to be successful in the field.

Strong electromechanical and mechanical aptitude, basic electronics knowledge, and information technology (IT) networking knowledge is desiredThe ability to quickly and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and IT problemsA+ and/or Network+ Certification and knowledge of information technology networking is a great asset to this positionStrong computer literacyPrevious experience and/or Certifications with Canon, Lexmark, Konica Minolta, or Kyocera a plusTechnical degree or equivalent is preferred
