Compensation: Base Salary of $75,000 + Production; paid bi-weekly; estimated annual earning potential range of up to $160K for top performers!

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a provider who values collaborative care, patient-centered treatment, and innovative mental health therapies.
PMHNP ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including ketamine/Spravato, TMS, and psychiatric medications
- Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices.
- Monitor medication response, side effects, contraindications, and risk factors.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
Collaboration
- Coordinate care with internal therapists, psychologists, and outside referents.
- Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed.
- Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate.
Patient Experience & Clinical Contribution
- Provide empathetic, professional care to clients of varying backgrounds.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to support symptom reduction and stability.
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment.
- Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Base Salary of $75,000 + Production; paid bi-weekly; estimated annual earning potential of up to $132,000/year based on 20 sessions per week

PMHNP Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
