Vice President, Sales & Business Development (Enterprise CX / BPO)

Lead the Future of Customer Experience Sales

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, shape, and win role.

We are looking for a proven enterprise seller who knows how to open doors, influence at the highest levels, and close complex CX / BPO deals.

What You Will Own

Drive enterprise new logo acquisition across key verticalsOwn the full sales cycle - prospecting through contract executionLead complex RFPs, solution design, pricing, and negotiationsBuild and maintain a disciplined, high-value pipelineDevelop C-suite relationships and act as a trusted advisorIdentify and expand into new verticals and market opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally to deliver solutions that win

What Success Looks Like

Consistent achievement of revenue and new logo targetsStrong pipeline coverage and deal progression disciplineHigh win rates and contract valuesAbility to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

What You Bring

7+ years of success in enterprise CX, BPO, or contact center salesProven ability to close net new business at the enterprise levelExperience managing long, complex sales cyclesStrong understanding of nearshore, offshore, and domestic delivery modelsExecutive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite levelHighly self-directed, competitive, and results-driven
