Commercial Roofing Working Foreman at Pressure Point Roofing LLC – Central Point, Oregon

You will serve as a high-impact field leader, taking full ownership of complex commercial roofing installations from start to finish. This role offers the stability of a 35-year industry leader while giving you the autonomy to manage crews and mentor the next generation of roofers. You will be the bridge between site operations and project success, ensuring every roof meets our professional standards.

• Direct and motivate field crews to ensure high-quality delivery on TPO, PVC, and EPDM systems.

• Coordinate daily production schedules to keep projects moving efficiently and within budget.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and fall protection standards to ensure every team member goes home safe.

• Resolve technical site challenges and architectural discrepancies in real-time to prevent project delays.

• Maintain clear communication with management and clients regarding project progress and material needs.

• Oversee the training and development of entry-level crew members to build a stronger field team.

• Execute high-level troubleshooting on-site to maintain quality standards without constant supervision.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial roofing field.

• Proven proficiency in commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, and EPDM.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and hold crews accountable while maintaining high team morale.

• Absolute commitment to safety leadership and the consistent enforcement of OSHA standards.

• Physical ability to work in various weather conditions all year, work at heights, lift 70+lbs, and climb ladders.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of specialized commercial, industrial, or federal roofing specifications.

• Prior experience managing project logistics including manpower planning, photo taking, and material staging.

• Experience with lifts and scaffolding.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus!
