THE POSITION

The Market Manager at VaxCare is responsible for driving growth by engaging healthcare practices and organizations to adopt VaxCare’s innovative vaccination solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective partners, clearly communicating the value of VaxCare’s services, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed partnership agreements. Market Managers are trusted advisors in their territories, educating providers on how VaxCare simplifies vaccine management, improves patient care, and reduces the administrative burden. Success in this role requires a blend of consultative sales skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into meaningful solutions.

essential responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new healthcare partners within the assigned market utilizing a variety of methods including networking and/or cold calls.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy that maximizes market penetration, partner engagement, and long-term growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreements, ensuring a smooth and professional partner experience.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations: that clearly communicate the value of VaxCare’s vaccination solutions

  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by leveraging CRM tools to track activity, progress, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare providers and decision-makers by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

  • Stay informed on market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends to effectively position VaxCare’s services and identify opportunities.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals, contributing directly to VaxCare’s growth and mission.

  • Support broader organization goals by performing related duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
