Belay Technologies is seeking an Application Developer, that will act as a general-purpose CNO Developer, supporting a fast-paced and dynamic mission set. You will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. While creating these solutions, you will work directly with the operators and analysts to integrate toolsets into their workflow. Throughout this process, you will closely collaborate with operators, analysts, and other CNO Developers to provide tactical mission support.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000

Belay Technologies is seeking an Application Developer, that will act as a general-purpose CNO Developer, supporting a fast-paced and dynamic mission set. You will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. While creating these solutions, you will work directly with the operators and analysts to integrate toolsets into their workflow. Throughout this process, you will closely collaborate with operators, analysts, and other CNO Developers to provide tactical mission support.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a full development lifecycle from requirement gathering and scope definition, to developing and releasing a productized solution
- Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot and rapidly develop solutions.
- Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.
- Produce end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints.
- Augment existing toolsets
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 6 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S. or 4 yrs., M.S.
- Produce and modify software utilizing C/C++/Python.
- Experience with Unix based systems.
- Strong understanding and experience with Network Programming.
- Experience using Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Git and Subversion.
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Experience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development.
- Experience with reverse engineering Linux and embedded platforms.
- Experience with additional programming languages (Rust, Golang, Bash, Perl, Assembly, PHP)
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
