About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution and scalability of MPX’s revenue organization.
This role is responsible for maintaining CRM integrity, supporting pipeline visibility, and enabling consistent sales processes across Business Development and Account Management teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and enforce CRM(HubSpot) data integrity, including pipeline hygiene and activity tracking
- Support weekly pipeline reviews, reporting, and forecasting processes
- Generate and distribute standard sales reports and dashboards
- Assist with opportunity setup, contract tracking, and deal documentation
- Coordinate internal workflows between Sales, Client Services, Finance, and Operations
- Support implementation of sales processes, playbooks, and tools
- Identify gaps in data, reporting, and process adherence, and recommend improvements
- Assist with territory/account assignments and pipeline tracking
- Support the onboarding of new sales team members on tools and processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales operations infrastructure
- Assist with the creation of Sales & Marketing content to reinforce brand visibility
- Manage third-party relationship with Marketing vendor
Who You Are:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis
