The Opportunity 

We're looking for a Lead Architect for EPM platforms to join our growing delivery team in India. We need an experienced manager to join this hands-on and client-facing role where you'll own the full lifecycle of sales planning , EPM implementations, from discovery and solution architecture through configuration, team management, project delivery, and go-live. 

You'll  serve as the technical and architectural lead on engagements for global clients, guiding a team of model builders while shaping best-practice solutions in a niche that is rapidly growing and highly valued in the market.  You will also be accountable for a team of consultants and will be the main point of contact with our clients.

 What You'll Do 

Client Delivery & Solution Development 

Architect and oversee the design and configuration of business solutions on cloud EPM platforms (such as Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent) covering territory planning, quota management, incentive compensation, FP&A, and sales analytics Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions; translate complex business needs into architecture decisions and functional specifications Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments Own UAT cycles, issue escalation, and go-live readiness activities; act as the primary point of accountability for solution quality Contribute to client-facing deliverables including process documentation, solution design documents, and training materials Own project planning and delivery tracking for your engagements, including scope management, stakeholder updates, and risk escalation 

Leadership

Manage and coordinate a team of model builders across project workstreams, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring on-time, on-quality execution Support consultants on their career goals, provide coaching on aspired behaviors and share technical knowledge and best practicesShape the team’s mindset, helping build a human centric performance culture, communications and client facing skills

Company Growth 

Develop reusable technology assets, proof-of-concept models, best practice frameworks, and delivery accelerators Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities Stay current on industry trends in EPM, data engineering, AI/ML applications in planning, and SaaS platform developments Maintain relevant platform certifications (Pigment, Anaplan, or Varicent) Lead internal knowledge-sharing, define model-building standards, and actively mentor and develop junior consultants and model builders 

What We're Looking For 

Required 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, systems implementation, or enterprise software delivery , working on EPM toolsDeep hands-on expertise in at least one EPM or planning platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent, SAP BPC, Oracle PBCS, or similar), with a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations.Solid understanding of business processes in one or more of: sales planning, incentive compensation, financial planning, or data management Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage directly with international clients 

Preferred 

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting/programming languages Experience with data integration tools or ETL processes Prior work with global clients or cross-regional project teams
