• Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making
• Oversee end-to-end customer and patient journey analytics, identifying trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and outcomes
• Drive data science initiatives including predictive modeling, segmentation, experimentation, and performance analysis to support growth and risk management
• Establish and scale analytics infrastructure, data models, and reporting frameworks to enable consistent, self-service insights across the organization
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business priorities and deliver data-informed solutions
• Define and govern KPIs and performance measurement standards to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment across departments
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, engineering, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10–15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or performance management roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams at a senior level
• Strong expertise in translating complex data into strategic insights for executive audiences in fast-paced environments
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Deep understanding of analytics frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement methodologies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to align analytics strategies with business goals
