Job Description

Position Description:

NEW HOTEL OPENING IN MAY!

The Overnight Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours while

completing daily audit and accounting procedures in a limited-service hotel environment. This role ensures
accurate financial reporting, maintains guest safety and satisfaction, and supports hotel operations in accordance
with brand standards and company policies.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform nightly audit procedures including balancing daily revenue, posting charges, and preparing reports.
Complete end-of-day processing in the property management system (PMS).
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours.
Handle guest payments, room charges, and incidentals accurately.
Monitor hotel security and respond to guest needs or emergencies overnight.
Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports as required.
Communicate overnight issues or incidents to management promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
Follow all cash-handling, safety, and security procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties and complete assigned paperwork.
