Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of professional level of nursing duties for patients served in the clinical areas noted below.
Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Preferred
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Experience:
- Preferred
- Two or more years of experience in Nursing
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Registered Nurse (RN), with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date

- Completion of clinical observation checklist in AccuCath, Midline, Peripheral, and PICC placement
- Must obtain within one (1) year of start date
- Completion of clinical observation checklist in PICC placement
- Must obtain within one (1) year of start date
- Completion of clinical observation checklist in AccuCath, Midline, Peripheral, and PICC placement
