General Accountabilities
What You'll Do:
- Respond to a variety of cleanup jobs including crime and trauma scenes, hoarding situations, homeless encampments, unattended deaths, and drug-related environments (meth, fentanyl, etc.)
- Safely handle and dispose of biohazard materials in accordance with OSHA, State regulations, and company safety protocols
- Clean, disinfect, deodorize, and restore residential and commercial properties
- Communicate respectfully and compassionately with customers
- Pack and store contents as required.
- Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials
- Performs light demolition as required
- Clean and maintain equipment and vehicles
- Comply with Federal, State, and Company safety and environmental rules

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments
- Experience in biohazard or trauma cleanup is preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
