Job Title: Shift Leader
Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $19.75 - $22.00 / hour (including tips)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant. Resumés are HIGHLY recommended!
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Summary: Responsible for supervising shifts ensuring superior quality of service. Communicates and provides direction to the team while interacting with guests and ensuring exceptional service.
