The Role As a Physical Therapist in our Maryland team, you’ll help patients gain strength, mobility, and confidence from the comfort of their own homes — while maintaining full control over your work schedule.

Your Responsibilities: Conduct initial and follow-up home evaluations

Develop and deliver customized treatment plans

Educate patients and caregivers on therapy progress and safety

Document care accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, holistic care

What You’ll Need: DPT or MPT from an accredited program

Active Maryland Physical Therapy License

CPR/BLS Certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

A heart for helping others — and a desire for professional balance

Home health experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll support your success
