About This Position
Account Executive: Miami
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive salary + Uncapped Commission Plan

SentriForce is a 20-year-old company, based in Houston, Texas that provides monitored and managed video surveillance services on a lease or rental basis. SentriForce has locations across the United States and is expanding into the Western United States. We own and operate a dedicated monitoring center, allowing us to deliver industry-leading video surveillance security solutions to retail and commercial properties, with a focus on exceptional service
What You Will Be Doing:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution.
Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Prepare and present customized proposals and bids for construction projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., project management, operations) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on pipeline activity and progress toward goals.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build connections.
Stay informed about relevant building trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the construction field.
What You Must Bring:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Zoho).
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plus

Compensation & Benefits:
•Competitive Salary: $75k salary + uncapped commission OTE
Benefits include 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, paid training, and flexible schedule.
Commission pay: Based upon a per unit sold and installed basis, paid monthly
Auto allowance/mileage Reimbursement
