About New West Building CompanyNew West Building Company builds high-quality residential and commercial projects with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our field crew in Jackson, Wyoming.

What You’ll DoPerform rough and finish carpentry on high-end construction projects

Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings

Frame walls, floors, and roofs; install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and hardware

Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and efficiently

Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite; follow all safety requirements

Use hand and power tools safely and properly

What We’re Looking ForProven carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements

Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks

Reliable transportation to job sites in Jackson, WY

OSHA-10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain
