Position Summary:
The mission of the Department of Family and Community Medicine (FCM) is to improve the health and healthcare of the people of New Mexico and their communities through education, research, patient care, service, population health interventions and health policy development.
DFCM, Maternal Child and Reproductive Health Program seeks an Admin Assistant 3 to support the Program Specialist and MCH Faculty and learners. Support for the Program includes:
• Managing scheduling and calendars
• Arranging and reimbursing travel
• Purchasing and p-card transactions and reconciliation
• Assisting with resident and fellow scheduling
• Assist with setting up trainings, workshops & interviews
• Assisting with IRB approved studies
• Tracking and reporting data
The ideal candidate for this position must have ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This program provides a full-range of reproductive health care services and conducts research and education on reproductive health.
