Sales Consultant at Ridezilla – Americus, Georgia

Ridezilla / Boater’s World South Georgia is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and has a passion for powersports, boating, and the outdoor lifestyle. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the buying process while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers, build rapport, and assist them throughout the sales process
• Help customers select boats, ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including pricing, features, and availability
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers using phone, email, and CRM tools
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and coordinate with finance and service teams
• Support showroom merchandising, inventory display, and overall store presentation
• Work with management to achieve monthly sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat business

• Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, marine, automotive, or similar industries)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM and dealership management systems
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Interest in boating, powersports, or outdoor recreation is a plus

Working Conditions

• Showroom and outdoor lot environment
• Standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs) as needed
