In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers across corporate and healthcare-focused business areas. You will be responsible for building pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition outcomes in a competitive market.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs and hiring goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, timely feedback, and structured interview processes
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and best practices in selection and hiring strategy
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to assess effectiveness, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes
- Support multiple business areas, potentially including corporate functions and healthcare IT-related roles
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve recruitment processes, tools, and overall hiring efficiency
You bring extensive recruiting experience, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You are comfortable advising senior stakeholders while managing multiple searches and delivering consistent hiring results.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, or Legal
- Strong experience in healthcare IT or healthcare-related recruiting is highly preferred
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on sourcing strategies and talent market conditions
- Strong sourcing expertise using job boards, Boolean search, social platforms, referrals, and networking strategies
- Proficiency with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred) and HR/recruiting tools, as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and professional writing ability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong accountability and time management
- Comfortable working under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and delivery focus
- Competitive base salary ranging from $94,000 to $124,000, based on experience and qualifications
