About This Position
Rundle-Spence Mfg, Inc., an industry leading distributor is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor/AM Lead Person to join our team. The position starts at 05:30 AM supervising our morning team of drivers and warehouse associates in finalizing the day's order processing and routing our trucks for efficient delivery and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and overseeing warehouse and delivery operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery.
Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates and drivers
Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control.
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift and OSHA certification preferred
