This role sits at the core of global mobility and immigration operations, ensuring smooth and compliant cross-border movement of employees in a fast-paced international environment. You will manage complex immigration and relocation cases while advising stakeholders on compliance, risk, and global mobility processes. The position plays a key role in enabling organizations to hire and relocate talent worldwide while maintaining adherence to local regulations. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting both employees and internal teams through end-to-end visa and work permit processes. The environment is highly dynamic, remote-first, and globally distributed, requiring strong autonomy and excellent communication skills. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about immigration, compliance, and enabling global workforces.
- Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility cases, including visa and work permit applications, using internal case management systems.
- Provide expert guidance on immigration processes, business travel, sponsorships, and relocation requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with evolving immigration laws and maintain accurate internal documentation and knowledge bases.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or senior-level mobility cases, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with leadership on large-scale mobility projects and continuous process improvements.
- Monitor mobility dashboards, SLAs, and communication channels to ensure service quality and response-time standards are met.
- Develop and deliver training materials while mentoring junior mobility team members and supporting capability building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the optimization and standardization of global mobility processes and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a related immigration-focused role.
- Strong understanding of immigration frameworks, visa processes, and international mobility regulations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, solution-oriented guidance on complex cases.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Proven ability to mentor others and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across global teams.
