Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using the ProboTalent platform, including HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers
Guide users through the digital assessment and candidate credibility features ProboTalentAI, including reference checks, endorsements, and employment verifications
Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical bugs to the product/engineering team
Assist new clients with onboarding and platform setup
Educate users on best practices for streamlining recruitment, focusing on top candidates, and hiring smarter ProboTalentAI
Log and track all interactions in the CRM system and contribute to the knowledge base
Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements
Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a SaaS or HR tech environment
Familiarity with talent acquisition, recruiting workflows, or HR platforms is a strong plus
Clear and professional communicator — written and verbal
Comfortable explaining technical features to non-technical users
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience with CRM or help desk tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce)
