Quality Management Specialist at Lake Regional Health System – Osage Beach, Missouri

Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-orientated Quality Management Specialist to join our Quality Management/Patient Experience team.

We are looking for an individual who can perform as a patient advocate, address patient concerns and offer feedback. This role involves patient rounding and assistance in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Lake Regional Hospital Campus.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid healthcare license, certification, or equivalent degree. Prefer experience in a hospital environment.

Essential to have experience in enhancing performance utilizing performance improvement data to support best practice processes and implement change as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports for review.
• Prepares case summaries and presents data in a variety of settings.
• Contributes and supports technology integration and migration with other system information systems as needed.
• Assures confidentiality is maintained at all times in all aspects of job-related duties.
• Oversee the development and maintain requirements surrounding electronically collected quality metrics.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert during regulatory site visits. Maintain the submission and participation in local, federal, private payer reporting programs may include, but not limited to DHSS, HHVBP, QHIP, HAC reduction, Star Rating, etc. Communicate results to a variety of audiences.

An annual influenza vaccination is required.
