Order Picker at NOTS Logistics – Lebanon, Tennessee

Join the NOTS Logistics Warehouse Team as an Order Picker NOTS Logistics is hiring an Order Picker – at our Lebanon, TN warehouse location. Order Pickers are responsible for assisting with parts fulfillment while inspecting merchandise and products to ensure correct and quality on all orders. All associates must be able to keep accurate inventory records and have excellent attention to detail. Hours: 6:45am-2:45pm with OT and weekends as needed Key duties & responsibilities:Communicate with coworkers in a positive and friendly manner.Follow all safety regulations and requirements.Come to work on time and prepare to work the assigned shift.Assist with on-the-job training of team members.Verify that all input numbers are correct, check bays and count boxes appropriately to ensure accuracyActively fill orders by pulling orders and assisting loading personnel as deemed necessary by production demands, shipping schedules, staffing, etc. Check completed orders for accuracy and compliance with all SOPs for NOTS Logistics and customerCompliance with all HR and Safety policies at all timesCompliance with warehouse housekeeping and 5S procedures at all timesItems are small components.Perform other duties as required by management.

Job requirements:
