- Competitive Pay: $27.00 $29.00/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor:
- Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
- Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning
- Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
- Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
- Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
Preferred Certifications:
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
Hands-On Skills in:
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
- Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)
- Water heater repair (gas and electric)
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
