Responsibilities of our Caregivers

• Meal Preparation
• Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
• Medication Reminders
• Assistance with walking
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff

Qualifications

• Communication and listening skills
• Respect, Empathy, and Compassion
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• At least to 1 year of experience of providing personal care to the elderly
• Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance preferably
• Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or Chest X-Ray completed
• Must be able to pass both criminal background checks and drug screening.
