About This Position

Grounds Keeper/ Pool Maintenance

Groundskeeper, Pool Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site cleanliness, by picking up all trash around the boardwalk and dock area and assisting at other sites as required
  • Complete requests for maintenance from Harbor Master.
  • Power washing and cleaning pool area, boardwalk and dock area.
  • Cut, trim and water landscaping.
  • Building exterior: lights working, signage clean and visible
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Minor mechanical experience an asset
  • Landscaping experience helpful
Non-Technical Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently (self-managed) and with other associates in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver up to 90lbs with the proper equipment
