Key Responsibilities

Provide professional dispensing of eyewear, lenses, and contact lenses<Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittingsEnsure compliance with BC opticianry standards and regulationsManage daily store operations, scheduling, and workflowLead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer serviceDrive sales performance and meet store targetsManage inventory, ordering, and merchandisingHandle patient concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

Licensed Optician in good standing in British Columbia (required)Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical productsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSales-driven mindset with attention to detailOrganized, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient serviceGreat organizational and time management skillsMotivational skills that will energise your team and drive successFinancial understanding of sales, targets and budgetsPC skills to use iOS and microsoft platformsBe an enthusiastic learner and teacher

Evening Schedule : Monday to Friday

Weekend Schedule : Saturday & Sunday
