- Engage with clients to understand their investment needs, financial goals, and risk profiles, providing tailored investment recommendations.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, investments, or client advisory roles.
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and wealth management principles.
- Completion or willingness to obtain relevant Canadian investment licensing (e.g., CSC or equivalent regulatory certifications).
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (mandatory for client and team interactions).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client service and relationship building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
