We are looking for a hands-on Fabricator who enjoys working with tools, building products, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is more than a warehouse role—it’s an opportunity to develop specialized technical skills in hose assembly, rubber fabrication, and industrial product solutions, with a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Cut, measure, and assemble industrial hose, rubber, and gasket materials to precise customer specifications
• Build and test hose assemblies and fluid transfer solutions using fabrication tools and equipment
• Read work orders and follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Provide support at the service counter, assisting customers with urgency and professionalism
• Maintain fabrication equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production and customer service goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Experience in fabrication, assembly, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed work instructions
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong team orientation
• Experience with hose, rubber products, fluid power, plumbing, or industrial supply is a strong asset
