Experienced Carpenter

Lead High-End Outdoor Living & Custom Deck Builds Job Overview

You will serve as a premier craftsman on a high-performing team dedicated to building high-end outdoor living spaces and custom decks. How You Will Make an Impact
  • Interpret and follow complex blueprints to ensure the accurate execution of custom deck and screen room designs.

  • Execute precision framing, layout, and finish work for high-end residential outdoor living projects.

  • Install and secure critical support structures to ensure long-term stability and strict adherence to safety standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve real-time technical issues and adapt to custom design requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site while adhering to all local building codes and regulations.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of 3 years of related carpentry experience with a focus on residential framing and finish work.

  • Proven ability to read and take immediate action on detailed architectural blueprints and project plans.

  • Strong mathematical proficiency for precise measurements and material calculations.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift heavy objects consistently in an outdoor environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in the safe operation of professional hand and power carpentry tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience specifically in high-end custom deck building and composite decking installations.

  • Advanced knowledge of TimberTech products and specialized outdoor railing systems.

  • Skilled experience operating heavy-duty pickup trucks and towing trailers safely.

  • Demonstrated history of leading projects with minimal oversight and maintaining high production standards.

  • Being bilingual is a big plus!
