POSITION SUMMARY
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests and supporting the restaurant's administrative functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to phone calls and inquiries made from guests interested in making dining reservations at Parc.
• Manage reservation book system to accurately record and organize guest bookings.
• Collaborate with the Events Team to provide them with timely updates on event inquiries and reservations.
• Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
• Organize training materials.
• Assist the Management team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing and record keeping.
• Assist in maintaining and updating menus, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage items and communicate restocking needs to relevant team members.
• Utilize Restaurants 365, inputting invoices, understanding COGs, and assisting with counts monthly.
• Assist in conducting regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of food and beverage areas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in hospitality or administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, growing environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Stamina and Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts, often in fast-paced or busy environments.
Strength: Capability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as luggage, equipment, or cleaning supplies, typically weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling a variety of tasks, such as cleaning, carrying items, or assisting guests with luggage.
Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and reach in order to perform various tasks throughout the facility.
• Good Vision and Hearing: Necessary to observe guests entering the restaurant, respond to customer needs, and communicate clearly with staff and patrons.
Strength: Ability to carry menus, help rearrange seating or assist with light cleaning tasks if needed.
Calm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment, especially during peak hours.
Polished Appearance: While not purely physical, maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance is often required for interacting with guests in a front-facing role.
